Everything! They let us choose between 2 available rooms, they offered us a welcome drink and a glass of local wine when the wine tasting couldn’t be included in our tour, they let us stay by the pool and take a shower on check out day until late at night, they booked both our shuttles from/to the airport and our tours for us and were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a goodbye present! The apartment and pool were nice, clean and cozy and the location is great, very close to the sea, to restaurants and bars and to bus stops.

The staff is so warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms seem to have been refurbished since we last stayed here with nice big showers. We had a big family room with kitchen facilities and a private balcony. The hotel pool is nice and well kept and never very busy. The location is fantastic, it's just a road away from the beach with small supermarkets and a mini golf place right around the corner, in easy reach of pleanty of bars and restaurants :)

great hotel! Superb location, very nice and helpful staff. They are ready to help at any time :) clean, spacious rooms with a balcony. Comfy beds :) Great pool! Breakfasts very good, varied and delicious. 11/10 :) I would recommend it to everyone.

Very clean and comfortable. Superfriendly and helpful personnel, especially our cleaning lady and Michael. Good location too...close to the beach and restaurants but far enough so that you could not hear any noise. Nice pool area too. Fantastic breakfast!! Cozy small hotel that I can recommend.

The property is in a perfect location. the facilities in the apartment were ideal. slightly dated but that’s not an issue. the pool area is clean and comfortable. the staff are so friendly and helpful. so peaceful and quiet. ideal for families couples friends.

Absolutely loved our time at Preka Maria! Beautiful accomodation, wonderful helpful & friendly staff, and excellent location for beach, restaurants, and bus access to Fira & Oia. Would definitely come back again!
